NATURE LED LEARNING
the freedom to Explore + Grow
"Encouraging a child to go outside in all weather builds resilence, but more importantly it saves them from spending their life merely tolerating the 'bad' days in favor of a handful of 'good' ones - a life of endless expectations and conditions where happiness hinges on sunshine."
- Nicolette Sowder
Welcome to Robin's NestRobin's Nest Nature School is a forest school program that focuses on exploration, child-led learning, life skills, and building social skills through cooperative problem solving for children ages 2 to 5. We are hosted by Our Giving Garden, a 3 acre non-profit farm just 14 miles from Atlanta.
The goal of our program is to inspire children to be curious, creative, and compassionate humans while encouraging them to experience childhood freely. We focus heavily on environmental stewardship and compassion for all living things through daily nature immersion. |

We keep our classes small with a ratio of 7 students: 1 educator.

"An environment-based education movement will help students realize that school is not supposed to be a polite form of incarceration, but a portal to the wider world." Richard Louv, Last Child in the Woods
